Perforated Safety Grating Product Manufacture
The production process of perforated safety grating channels involves several steps and utilizes specific equipment.
- Raw Material: Optional of coils and sheets of carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel, uncoiled sheets are then cut into the required dimensions using shearing
- Perforating Machine: A punching machine equipped with specialized made dies to create holes or slots, specific patterns and spacing of the holes depend on the intended application and safety requirements of the grating channels.
- Bending Machine: safety grating metal sheet needs to be bent to make it into walkway channels to have a certain height
