Perforated Metal Sheet Materials
AGICO produces and supplies perforated metal sheets in a variety of materials. Common options include GI sheet, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and copper. These sheets are used for applications ranging from automotive grilles to architectural designs. The following are common materials used in perforated metal sheet production:
Perforated Brass Sheet

Perforated Metal Sheet Products
AGICO supplies perforated metal sheets in various hole patterns and with different surface treatments. They are commonly used to produce perforated metal panels and screens.
Perforated Metal Sheet

AGICO provides custom production of perforated metal sheets with hole and slot patterns. Hole shape, size, spacing, and location can be customized to customer requirements. After cutting to size, the sheets can be installed by welding or bolting, or used to produce screens, panels, and cladding for applications such as architectural facades, ventilation systems, noise reduction, and filtration.
Perforated Metal Panels

Perforated metal panels are large sheets of perforated metal that are typically used for architectural or decorative purposes. They are often custom fabricated to fit specific design requirements and are used to create visual interest, provide shading, or enhance the acoustics of a space. Perforated metal panels can be made from a variety of metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, or galvanized steel.
Perforated Metal Screens

Perforated metal screens are typically smaller sheets of perforated metal that are used for filtration or screening applications. They are commonly used in industries such as agriculture, mining, and construction, where they are used to separate solids from liquids or to filter out impurities. They can be made from materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, or galvanized steel.
Perforated Metal Sheet Application
Perforated metal sheets have a wide range of applications due to their versatility and durability. They are also known as perforated metal mesh and are used in architectural and industrial design, construction, acoustic systems, filtration, automotive grilles, and household appliance manufacturing.

Decorative Applications
Perforated metal sheets serve both functional and decorative purposes. Decorative perforated sheet metal is used in architecture to provide a distinctive appearance for buildings and spaces. Decorative perforated metal sheets can be customized with various hole patterns, sizes, and finishes to meet specific design requirements.
Perforated Metal Sheet Pattern
Perforated metal sheets are classified based on the pattern of the holes punched in them. The holes can be round, square, or diamond, and the size of the holes can vary as well. The production process of perforated metal sheets involves using a punch and die to create the desired hole pattern in the sheet. The size and shape of the holes can be customized to meet specific needs, making it a highly versatile material.

Round Pattern
Round Hole Perforated Metal Sheet
| Hole Size: | 0.027″ – 1.0″ |
| Hole Centres: | 0.05″ – 1.25″ |
| Hole Pattern: | Staggered and straight row |
| Sheet Width: | 24″ – 60″ |
| Sheet Length: | 24″ – 144″ |
| Open Area: | 5% – 63% |
Round Holes: This is the most common and simple perforation pattern consisting of circular holes in a regular pattern.
Square Hole Perforated Metal Sheet
| Thickness: | 11–22 gauge |
| Hole Size: | 0.2″ – 0.75″ |
| Hole Centres: | 0.5″ – 1″ |
| Hole Pattern: | Staggered or straight row |
| Open Area: | 11% – 56% |
| Width: | 36″ – 48″ |
| Length: | 24″ – 120″ |
Square Holes: Square perforations offer a more modern and clean look compared to round holes. They are commonly used in architectural and decorative applications.

Square Pattern

Slotted Pattern
Slotted Hole Perforated Metal Sheet
| Thickness: | 14 – 22 gauge |
| Hole Pattern: | Side staggered and straight row |
| Slot Width: | 0.125″ – 0.2″ |
| Slot Length: | 0.1″ – 0.75″ |
| Slot Shape: | Round end and square end |
| Slot Side Bar: | 0.125″ – 0.25″ |
| Slot End Bar: | 0.125″ – 0.25″ |
| Open Area: | 41% – 74% |
| Panel Width: | 36″ |
| Panel Length: | 24″ – 120″ |
Slotted Holes: Slotted perforations are rectangular-shaped holes that offer greater flexibility in the direction of airflow or light transmission.
Hexagonal Hole Perforated Metal Sheet
| Hole Size: | 0.027″ – 1.0″ |
| Hole Centres: | 0.05″ – 1.25″ |
| Hole Pattern: | Staggered and straight row |
| Sheet Width: | 24″ – 60″ |
| Sheet Length: | 24″ – 144″ |
| Open Area: | 5% – 63% |
Hexagonal Holes: Hexagonal perforations are used for aesthetic and decorative applications and offer a unique look compared to round or square holes.

Decorative Pattern
Decorative perforated metal sheets use a variety of pattern designs to create visually appealing and functional surfaces. These sheets can be made from a variety of metals including aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and copper. The decorative patterns can range from simple geometric shapes to intricate designs that mimic natural elements such as leaves, flowers, or waves.
Perforated Metal Sheet Manufacturing
In addition to customer orders, we can also provide you with a series of post-processing, including flattening, cutting, labeling, packaging, degreasing, deburring, forming, annealing, painting, plating, welding, polishing, bending, and coiling, etc.

- Mold Design AGICO has a range of high-quality molds designed and manufactured for perforated metal sheet production. Because mold quality affects final product quality, AGICO can assist customers with mold design, manufacturing, and testing for large-volume orders.
- Punching Equipped with CNC machines, AGICO has increased its output to 2,200 square meters and can produce perforated metal sheet in thicknesses ranging from 0.1 mm to 25 mm.
- Forming Holes of different shapes can be stamped into various patterns. This is how grip strut planks and traction tread planks are produced. They are one type of perforated metal product.
- Cutting The perforated metal sheet is cut to the required length and width.
- Trimming If the edge of the sheet in the production process exceeds the tolerance range you require, our skilled technicians can help you remove the excess edge as per your request.
- Flattening Thinner perforated metal sheet is more likely to bend, so sheets with thicknesses from 0.8 mm to 12 mm require flattening.
- Cleaning The punching process requires the use of lubricants, but we also have a degreasing process that can remove surface traces and make the perforated plate look clean.
- Surface treatment Punching, flattening, and cutting can cause surface imperfections, which are generally acceptable for industrial products. If you have special requirements, we will use additional measures such as powder coating or painting, galvanizing, anodizing, etc.
